Patrick, VK2PN and Mira OK1NG are flying out for a week on Lord Howe Island today, to be joined later by Chris VK3FY.
They hope to be operational by this evening (the 23rd. May) and will operate as much as they can until the morning of the 30th. of May.
They will take part in the CQ WPX CW on the weekend.
Operation will be on CW and SSB on the 20, 30, 40, 80 160m bands. Check the clusters for VK9PN to see where they are operating.

Lord Howe Island is located off the coast of New South Wales in Australia and is about a 2hr flight from Sydney. Amateur radio activity from the Island is low, so this is a sought-after location.
